This week I've been pretty determined! I started Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred on Sunday and I plan to do the whole thing straight through and not miss a day! Wish me luck!
Here's what I have done so far this week:
Sunday: Shred Level 1 Day 1 (SL1D1)
Monday: SL1D2
Tuesday: SL1D3 & 1.5 Mile Run
Wednesday: SL1D4
Thursday: SL1D5 & 2 Mile Run
Friday: SL1D6 ( I woke up at 6:00 this morning and did it. I'm totally exhausted now... I don't think I'll be keeping up with the AM workouts... I don't see how people do this everyday.)
And what I plan on doing this weekend:
Saturday: SL1D7 & 3 Mile Run
Sunday: SL1D8 & 3 Mile Run
I haven't been watching my calories to closely, but I also haven't been eating out as much as I use to either. I think that in itself has done wonders for my waistline. I've been bringing my lunch to work everyday which usually consists of Healthy Choice soup, vanilla yogurt, & a granola bar. I'm also trying to drink at least a 100 ounces of water per day. Then I usually eat whatever I want for dinner and I let myself splurge a couple times a week.
I weighed myself this morning and I'm down 5.6 lbs! Whoop whoop! Only 9.4 more to go! Maybe a little more, who knows!

I love Jillian Michaels DVD. I used it right before the wedding and loved the results but since then I have been having a hard time getting back into it. Good luck!
I've done the workouts with the 30 Day Shred before. They really helped me trim a couple inches and tone my legs. Level 3 really kicks your butt! Good luck! :)
HA! Thanks so much for doing this!!! I still have to try the Shed. It's on my fitness TV, just haven't quite gotten around to it yet. Maybe this week I will. I had fun at HH, I can't wait to do it again. ALthough, Rexburg may pop up in the bushes!! HAHAHAHA!
